European Championships, Munich 2022

The multi-sport European Championships Munich 2022 brought elite European and Olympic sport back to the Olympic Park on its 50th anniversary.
The event was an approbate celebration of the 1972 Olympic Games and one of its most iconic landmarks, like the stadium. Athletics, cycling, Triathlon, Gymnastics and Rowing returned after appearing in the inaugural Championships in 2018. New to this edition were Beach Volleyball, Canoe Sprint and, for the first time, a full slate of para-sport events, Sport Climbing and Table Tennis.

Very nice to contribute to this as a volunteer for a week. A nice bonus was the chance to attend all the games. Camera with me at the heptathlon in the Olympic Stadium!
